I've been working like crazy! Overtime hours, working on my days off while keeping my days too. People has been calling the restaurant constantly trying to get their last minute holiday reservations in as well as deliveries and pick ups. But of course I don't mind at all, it just means more money which brings me closer to my mac laptop!!!
Aside from getting extra money, I don't mind working. Believe it or not I actually love it. It's a lot more than money for me. Yes the money is nice to have but I also love to feel needed. I love when people depend on me to get things done and done correctly. I love meeting a quota everyday, I love learning new things each time I walk out of that building. Whether it's with the business or a new word I heard someone say, music or a new place downtown that I should check out. I am even willing to go down there on my day off and learn how to work behind the bar completely free! It gives me great pride when I put a smile on a customer's face or made my manager's work loaded a lot easier.
I love what I do.
