I love this time of the year!!!!!! I can honestly say that I am in the holiday spirit! This time last year I wasn't in the holiday spirit only because my parents were going away on a cruise for 2 weeks. Holidays aren't the same without the whole family.
I didn't put any effort in my the tree look amazing, there were no gifts, our door wasn't nicely decorated, no holiday music...none of that. Christmas was just another day for us last year.
Not this year. I have already begun my Christmas shopping for my niece...of course. I decorated my door yesterday afternoon and this friday we are going to do secret santa. Everyone does their secret santas differently. What we do is put everyone's name in a hat and pick out the pieces of paper. The name is get is the person you have to buy a gift for. Makes it a lot easier on the pockets. I also want to decorate my bedroom with Christmas lights, some thing I haven't done before.

Let's continue. I'm excited about this holiday! I can't wait until we get our tree. I'm trying to convince my mother to get it this weekend. Like I've stated before I love this time of the year. I don't care too much about what other people get me. For me it's all about the feeling. I love seeing people shop, I adore looking at the Christmas lights, I love hearing about other people plans about what they are doing for the holiday season. Wrapping presents, seeing my Christmas lit up in the middle of the night; I love it all.
