I remember when I started this blog I wanted to post quotes. I posted one quote and didn't commit to it. Why? Maybe because I didn't explain what the quote meant to me. Without meaning it's just a sentence.
But I'm back at it again this time I want to explain what it means personally to me.

Scrolling through a list of quotes this one jumped out at me. "People are just as happy as they make up their minds to be" I couldn't agree with Abraham Lincoln more. It's all about what you're willing to think about it. No one can control your thoughts. You choose to be unhappy when you begin to think unhappy thoughts. You choose to be happy when you begin to think about happy thoughts. We don't come into this world as new born worrying about certain issues instead we develop them. It becomes a habit and like all habits it can be broken.
